Caribbean Christmas

Celebrating Christmas in the Caribbean holds special childhood memories for me; window shopping with my family to admire the beautiful Christmas star decorations, my mom planning ahead for what she was going to prepare for Christmas dinner, and finally the big day itself with the delicious traditional food and drinks.

These childhood memories will live with me forever, and after coming to Canadian Canada, my siblings, and I continue the tradition with our kids and grandkids by preparing the same foods and drinks we enjoyed so much each Christmas, so that we too, can experience the joy we felt from Christmas in the Caribbean
