Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Manifest Bookstore.

We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada, and free in-store pickup is available. The options available to you are based on your location, and will appear under the "Delivery" drop-down menu at checkout. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

IN STORE PICK UPS 

Online orders which are selected in store pick up may be picked during regular business hours.  You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready to be picked up. Photo ID is required at time of pick up. . 

Orders that are not collected within 5 days will be considered as abandoned. Abandoned orders will be reshelved, the customer will lose ownership of the items at this time. No refunds are available on Abandoned orders. If you are unable to pick up your item in the 5 day window, please contact info@manifestbookstore.ca or call us to request a refund.

 

PHONE ORDERS 

Phone orders are available for same day pick up. These items will be placed on hold for 2 days, orders that are not picked up after this time will be reshelved.    

 

DAMAGES

If you discover an item has a manufacturer's defect or was damaged during transit, please contact info@manifestbookstore.ca within 3  business days of receiving your order. We ask that you provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and an image of the item. Replacements are subject to availability.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
